The room was clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the property was neglected and unkempt. There were animal excrements everywhere, making the experience quite unpleasant. We struggled with inadequate water supply and poor communication from the host, which made our stay even more frustrating.

We had an amazing time connecting with nature while staying in a spacious room that allowed our three dogs to roam freely. The unique decor, alongside the sounds of the rainforest and views of the mountains, made each moment memorable.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities onsite.

The views here are incredible! You wake up to the sunrise over El Yunque right from your room. The staff is super friendly and feels like friends. I loved spotting all the friendly cats roaming around. The outdoor spaces are easy to access, and you can chill with the sounds of the rainforest. Really peaceful stay!

It was just a perfect match for short stay in Rio Grande with fantastic value for money. The bed was comfy, which helped me get a good night's sleep. Bring insect repellent to keep those bugs at bay.

Staying in a Deluxe Double Room with Balcony offered me fantastic mountain views and a glimpse of the sea. The farm-like setting with friendly animals like hens and a big dog made for a welcoming atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the personalized service from the manager, who was attentive and warm. The lush garden view added to the relaxing vibe!

Common areas could use a bit more cleanliness.
